Refund policy
Returns
We hope you love our teas as much as we do. But in the circumstance that you would like to return your purchase, please contact us at hello@cranetea.co with a proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must return the product within 30 days of purchase,
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it,
- The product must be in its original packaging,
- The product must have been bought at full price (sale items cannot be refunded) and
- You must have a receipt or proof or purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Any parcels rejected by the recipient due to customs charges are destroyed by the destination country and are therefore not eligible for refund.

Exchanges
You can exchange any item eligible for a return. Simply return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will work with you to ensure you receive a replacement product if your order is defective, damaged or incorrect.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
