    Legend has it: in 2737 BC, leaves from a tea tree floated into Chinese Emporer Shen Nung's boiling water. A renowned herbalist, he sampled the resulting liquid, and the rest, as they say, is history.

    We source our decaf tea directly from the beautiful coastal province Zhejiang, a place famed for its contemporary Chinese teas and tea culture.
